Should I receive an email with the link and password where the concert will take place?
No, once the purchase process is completed, you will be registered on the platform and you just have to log in and go to the “My concerts” section: there you will have the link to the streaming event from which you will be able to watch the concert.
How can I log in to El Susurro platform?
In the upper right corner of the page, you will find the “Log in” section. If you have previously purchased a ticket for a concert, you already have a user registration. Enter your email and password and click “Enter”.
If you are not yet registered, go directly to the concert and in the purchase process you will be asked for your registration data. Once the purchase is completed, the system will send you two emails: one confirming your registration and another confirming the purchase.
What do I do if I haven’t received an email to register on the platform or proof of my purchase?
Check your email for spam or junk mail. If it’s not there, try logging in by entering your email and password. If you don’t remember your password, click on “Forgot your password?”. You will be asked for an email to continue the recovery process.
If you can’t find the emails in your email or in the spam folder, it may be because you registered with another email or because of a typing error when entering it.
What do I do if I don’t remember my username or password?
Enter your email in the username field and click on the “Forgot your password?” option. The system will send you an email with a link to reset your password. We suggest you copy it and save it for future use.

Send an email to: mail@elsusurro.com writing in the subject: “User data recovery” and in the body of the message indicate your name, if you have already purchased a ticket for a concert and for which concert it is. Within 24 hours we will contact you with the data so that you can access it.
What happens if I have a coupon because I have purchased the concert ticket at another point of sale or I have won a promotion on social networks but when I enter it, it shows me the text “The coupon usage limit has been exceeded” or “Invalid coupon”?
Make sure that you are selecting the correct concert and that 1 appears in the number of tickets to purchase. Once you have entered the coupon, update the shopping cart and check that the order amount has been updated to zero or the corresponding discount has been applied. If it does not work, send an email to ros@elsusurro.com with the subject: “Coupon” or send a WhatsApp to + (34) 655170854. Customer service through this means will be from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm (CET Spain time) and one hour before each concert.
If I could not connect on the day of the concert, can I watch the concert at another time?
You can watch the concert for the following 7 days after the concert.
