Albert Bello Trio | streaming
Virtuosity, passion, and sensitivity
Manouche jazz, also known as gipsy jazz, was born from the intersection of American jazz with the gypsy music of Central Europe and is considered purely European jazz. Its distinctive sound, based on string instruments, has been the perfect environment for Albert Bello to develop as a musician.
After more than 20 years dedicated to researching and performing this music on stages around the world, he now looks forward to enjoying and making others enjoy it, to playing what he loves most and doing so in a format that allows him to show everything he is.
With this new trio, Albert Bello presents a concert in which they will perform jazz manouche standards and their own compositions, always with the virtuosity, sensitivity, and passion characteristic of their music.
Lineup:
Albert Bello: lead guitar
Quim Martínez: rhythm guitar
Joan Motera: double bass
